Sunday morning 10.45am I find myself once again perched at my breakfast bar, the childrens muffled demands fading into the background as I become completely absorbed by my favourite Sunday supplement.

11.27am best friend arrives and is excited to be clutching the very same magazine...(oops, forgot to inform good friend that I had already made the purchase!)

11.33am a fresh cup of tea and the ritual begins...
Horoscopes first closely followed by the latest gossip, news and trends. After dissecting this we get down to the real gossip and what's happening on our very own doorsteps..

And so...at 11.55am on a relaxed Sunday morning, with my best buddy (over the breakfast bar of course) ' the creak' is born.
